Course Description

Assurance activities conducted for high value/high risk procurements continues to identify concerns with moderation and evaluation activities. Common examples include: Guidance / documents provided to the evaluation team which are inconsistent with the scoring criteria published to the market Moderated comments and scores which do not adequately demonstrate that NR has considered the relative advantages/disadvantages of the responses Moderated comments and scores that do not align to the scoring criteria Comments which reference documents which should not be included as part of the evaluation Evaluator commentary, reasons for change, moderation comments which are limited / brief and do not provide a robust justification of the scores assigned or the reasons for change
