Course Description

<p>Provide knowledge of the VoIP lineside telephone system, including the physical make-up to enable the undertaking of faulting, maintenance and basic installation work on the system. If delegates holds parent competency then award level 3. If parent competency is not held then award level 2 under 6 months mentorship.</p>

Audience

Telecoms / S&T technicians involved in the faulting & maintenance of VoIP Lineside Telephones used for railway operational purposes. Pre-requisites: Delegates shall have a knowledge of railway Telecoms / S&T principles.
