CS1000 - Support Specialist
Covers installation and configuration of a Standard Availability system as well as a CoRes system. Also examines the configuration of common features on the system as well as Routes, Trunks and associated dial plans to enable calls to external systems. Attendees configure a Survivable Media Gateway and test its redundant mode as part of the course.
For those involved in technical Support and Maintenance activities on the Telecoms infrastructure (specifically the CS1000). Attendees should have a basic understanding of IP networking and Digital telephony.
