This interactive 1 and half day course builds on the general Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles that were described in the 3 ERM online training modules which gave individuals the foundation on risk management. Its aim is to provide the skills and underpinning knowledge required to have a better understanding ERM and build the capability/confidence of risk coordinators in running an effective risk workshop hence providing a high-quality output (ERR/ risk record) at the right level of detail.
