Leadership Essentials: Managing and Controlling Risk
This course provides the knowledge and skills to describe the responsibilities of a person in a supervisory position who must ensure that their team has adequate skills to safely carry out their tasks. It covers how the corporate risk model and its outputs are managed within a team leader/manager role. The course also provides knowledge on 'stop the job' behaviours where risk is identified, enabling appropriate action to be taken.
