This course covers how to distinguish between critical and non-critical priorities, calculate project/task resource requirements, use a range of techniques for analysing problems, define a number of methods for dealing with problems, how to resolve problems whilst taking into account risks and contingencies, and how to assess the effectiveness of plans and solutions, making changes as required.
