Includes how to price a project and keep control of project scope, timescales, costs and risks in a commercially competitive environment. The course explores the ability to predict project costs and timescales during the various project phases (from opportunity, proposal, contract negotiation, mobilisation, delivery through to closeout). It also looks at the importance of consistency and collaboration from project management, planning, risk management, estimating and commercial functions.
