Course Description

Allows project managers to test, practise and rehearse their skills gained from the Association of Project Management Practitioner course in a project simulation environment. Learners work in small teams to build a fictional football stadium and see the project through from concept to completion in one day, using simulation to explore key learnings from their previous training.
