A practical course which is both physically and mentally challenging as it replicates the pressures faced at the scene of a major railway incident. Provides a very hands-on experience to illustrate the required knowledge, skills and behaviours associated with representing Network rail at the scene of a major incident.

Soley for nominated individuals from suitable grades within the Network Operations function. Personal attributes feature highly in the required skills set for this role and the Network Rail Behaviours should form the basis of the decision to nominate.
