Develops knowledge and skills required to be a Senior Person in Charge of Possession (SPICOP), covering the role, responsibilities, procedures, the requirements for the planning process and for taking and managing multiple on track movements simultaniously within the possession being managed, dealing with on track movements and the staff on the activity.
